Handmade wood carved pendulum board used for divination. You can use with any pendulum or a ring tied to one of your hairs. You could even use it with a planchette as a spirit board. This is a great way to get answers to those big questions in life, like "what's for dinner" or "should I watch another episode of Netflix?"

UNITED STATES/CANADA:

I ship via USPS, First Class or Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx. I can ship via other carriers by request. Either way, it will be insured and have delivery confirmation. Items will be sent out within 4-5 days from date of order, custom items may take a little longer, please allow up to 14 days for custom items.

INTERNATIONAL:

Please contact me for shipping information. Items will be sent within 7-10 days, but with customs and shipping issues, it may take longer to get to you.

EXPRESS SHIPPING:

I'm happy to upgrade your shipping to express for either domestic or international orders. If interested, please let me know and I will send you an updated invoice.

Returns & Exchanges

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION:

If an item from Christensen & Ross does not meet your expectations, please contact me within two weeks of delivery. Returns are done on a case by case basis, but in most cases I am happy to refund or exchange your purchase. *Custom orders (see below), special orders, sale and clearance items may have a different return policy.*

Additional

Custom orders can vary, they can be completely one of a kind or they can be modifications to a current design. Either way, convo me and we can discuss it. Normally the process will involve several emails back and forth, as well as pictures of the item. Custom orders can only be returned on a case by case basis.
